We have lab test equipment to ensure fabric quality. Also, tests such as dimensional stability, color matching (spectrophotometer), color fastness, light fastness, pilling, fastness to perspiration, fabric and garment performance, composition and fabric structure analysis are undertaken for every batch of fabric before cutting. Vigorous garment, accessory and embellishment testing is also conducted including any customer special tests. All testing methods conform to ISO, BSEN, and AATCC.

Our unique system of testing fabrics and garments at all stages in our in-house fully equipped laboratory ensures to identify any potential quality issues well before shipment and any such faults are rectified well in time. We assign at-least ten of our vastly experienced Quality Controllers and two Quality Assurance Managers to check in-line production of our partner factory and thus ensuring AQL (Allowed Quality Limit) 2.5 or above according to our buyers’ specifications or requirements. Our Quality Controllers operate from the very beginning of production till shipment of the finished products which include checking on yarn, fabricating, pattern/cutting, sewing, finishing, accessorizing, packing up to cartons, and finally loading into containers.
All of our previous orders were delivered well before time. So, we can give you complete assurance with confidence that you can rely on us for timely or scheduled deliveries.
We have an excellent customer service team for maintaining day-to-day communication with our buyers. Therefore, our customers remain well informed about the status of each and every order without having to ask about it.
We can arrange ACCOMODATION, TRANSPORT and other related facilities for our buyers when they come to visit us or our partner factories here in BANGLADESH.
