OUR STRENGTH
OUR INFRASTRUCTURE:
Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with state-of-the-art technology to compete with the international trends. Handling orders for clients worldwide, we understand the rules and regulations of different markets. That’s why we’ve tailored our production to be environmentally sound, as well as efficient. We believe in maintaining and providing our customers with the best quality materials or products and therefore, most of our factories are ISO 9001:2000 and Oeko-Tex certified.
“Clothing Carnivals” has already earned genuine reputation from its buyers for assuring and maintaining the best quality of the garment products over the years. We assign at-least ten of our vastly experienced Quality Controllers to check in-line production of our partner factory and thus ensuring AQL (Allowed Quality Limit) 2.5 or above according to our buyers’ specifications or requirements. Our Quality Controllers operate from the very beginning of production till shipment of the finished products which include checking on yarn, fabricating, pattern/cutting, sewing, finishing, accessories, packing up to cartons, loading into containers etc. Two Quality Assurance Managers are also appointed to ensure if the Quality Controllers are working properly or not. Before shipment, all these people also check on finished goods minimum two times to ensure the final quality with AQL Standard 2.5 or above as per buyers’ requirement. This proves our 100% dedication on maintaining the best quality of the products and thus ensuring our buyers satisfaction, which is the most important matter to us. No buyer has ever been unsatisfied with our service and quality maintenance, which for us is an encouragement and a great achievement.
We offer competitive rates for garments at the cutting edge of pricing. We don’t look for big margin of profits but rather look forward to provide our buyers with cheap & competitive rates. Our mission is to earn a fair profit through incessant customer satisfaction. We want to make sure that we don’t lose a customer because of high pricing, therefore we always ask a customer to let us know about his TARGET PRICE of a certain product, before we quote our own rate for that product.
We normally follow AQL 2.5 inspection method or any other inspection method specified by our buyer.
After the price and delivery schedule is set with the buyers, pre-production approval is sought from the buyer, through sampling of the required product, in accordance with the buyers specifications, which include full technical details and an approved sample or cutting (if available). Approved lab dips and clear packing instructions are essential. Once the buyer has approved the pre-production samples and the order has been placed and the buyer opens the Master L/C against our BANK ACCOUNT, the production process will start immediately
We monitor and check our production in these three ways:
– Initial production check (IPC)
– Mid production check (MPC)
– Final random Inspection (FRI)
The IPC is done as soon as we start production and have completed production of 50-100 pieces which are ready for packing. The purpose of the IPC is to determine if the initial batch of products produced by the manufacturer complies with the client’s specifications. If at this stage, any deviation beyond established tolerance is noticed, timely corrections can be made, before bulk production begins.
The IPC is a preliminary inspection, covering – Quality of fabrics-as specified.

Any discrepancies / variations or defects are pointed out for correction or improvement. A written inspection report is prepared confirming observations and a copy is given to the Managing Director and the Chairman of the company. Immediate action then is taken to make it perfect.
